Please help the sisters in their efforts to serve pressing needs. You may choose to designate your donation only for orphan care or you can let the DSH send the money where it is most in need.
If you decide to donate to the orphans you can be assured that the money:
- Supports the very basic needs of the most vulnerable children.
- Goes directly to support the orphans and not fundraising costs.
- Helps to break the cycle of poverty and disease as the children are taught moral virtues and are given education and training for employment.
- Supports orphanages that are superbly run but not yet widely known in the fundraising community.
- Are tax deductible as the DSH is a 501c(3) organization in the United States.
Please also keep in your heart the other financial needs of the community. The most pressing needs are:
- Supporting the sisters in Kenya, Korea and India (education, living and healthcare expenses).
- The building fund for the community in Korea (home and school).
